Development

Steve McCleery is the man you want in your corner. After scrapping his way into the industry, he took on the projects no one else would touch—and turned them into successes. With over a decade in land development and real estate as Senior Principal of both McCleery Company and Sanctuary Development Group, Steve has played every role from developer to consultant, giving him a full-spectrum understanding of the business. He’s built a reputation for integrity, follow-through, and fairness, combining deep operational insight with a genuine respect for everyone involved in a deal. That approach has earned him long-term partnerships with developers, landowners, and investors throughout Utah. He’s also the founder of ISE Training, where he teaches performance and mindset principles that fuel his business philosophy.

Over two decades in construction and land development, Ericson has earned a reputation for turning stalled projects into finished successes—always on time, on budget, and without cutting corners. His background spans multifamily redevelopments, large-scale infrastructure, and municipal projects, all supported by full bonding capacity and deep technical expertise. Fluent in Spanish and grounded in his Tongan heritage, he leads with integrity, fiscal responsibility, and respect for the people he serves. Those who work with him quickly learn that Ericson’s word is his bond—and that’s exactly the kind of reliability receivership work demands.

Civil Engineer

Ken Berg is the engineer you want when precision and accountability matter most. A licensed Professional Engineer in Utah since 2003, Ken brings over two decades of civil and environmental engineering experience to land development and receivership projects. He’s completed work for private developers, municipalities, school districts, and public agencies—earning a reputation for accuracy, transparency, and steady communication. Ken’s expertise in project verification and entitlement review has been instrumental in complex receiverships, where he evaluates planning status, vested rights, and unresolved engineering issues to clarify a project’s true position. With master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Utah State University, Ken combines deep technical skill with practical problem-solving to keep projects compliant, efficient, and on track. Clients return to him time and again for one reason—he finds solutions that work and stands behind every detail.

As Managing Attorney at McCarty Parry Law and owner of Onarock Investments, he helps clients navigate complex transactions with clarity and confidence. Holding both a JD and MBA from Brigham Young University, Kyler’s background spans development law, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning. He’s known for his clear communication, ethical leadership, and ability to balance legal structure with practical business sense. Known for his precision, reliability, and hands-on problem-solving, Rich ensures financial integrity and operational stability across complex organizations. He holds a master’s in Business Administration from Utah State University and is fluent in Spanish.
