McCleery Company assisted a landowner in Woodland Hills by taking an older plan of a 6 lot subdivision, and helped them to successfully re-subdivide a better more efficient 8 lot project. This new plan cut the infrastructure costs by more than half and added an additional two lots. We helped reengineer the project for efficiencies and ultimately took this final design through the needed entitlements that got final plat approval.
Glenmar Ranches is a beautiful new subdivision we entitled and fully developed
in Eagle Mountain City. This subdivision
is comprised entirely of acre lots perfectly
set for custom homes. The project backs both BLM land and a wildlife preserve. These
lots sit on the bench and capture life long amazing views.
