Highgate Cove is a 34-lot residential subdivision in Roy, Utah, where McCleery Company partnered with Brodsky Built to fund land acquisition and development costs. By acting as a lender, McCleery enabled the builder to focus on home construction, resulting in a mutually beneficial investment.

Harmony Village
Harmony Village is a 319-acre master-planned development in Erda, Utah, featuring 1,259 residential and commercial units to be built in phases over several years. McCleery Company served as a funding partner, supporting the project's long-term vision and phased execution.

West Field
West Field is a residential development in Springville, Utah, where McCleery Company partnered with Cable Construction to finance lot acquisitions. By providing streamlined funding, McCleery enabled the builder to focus on home construction, accelerating project timelines and business growth.
