We financed the purchase and development of this project for a builder
When a developer contractually tied up the owner of this land and didn't have the financials to make the actual purchase, a builder stepped in to make a deal happen. Since the builder didn't want to carry the cost of the land purchase, we came in and purchased the land as well as financed the construction of the project infrastructure where the builder ultimately purchased the fully improved lots back from us in a planned take down schedule.
