When a developer and investor got together and contractually tied up the landowner's of this Santaquin property and found they had over promised and were under delivering on what they had originally agreed on, they found themselves in a difficult spot.
This led to relationships being severed and a new developer and investor buying the property. When they realized after they purchased the land that it couldn't be developed due to utility capacity, negative community sentiment, lack of water, and missing easement issues, they brought McCleery Company in to help overcome these hurdles while using our Naxxa software to find a buyer for this project.
