The property was challenging with City requirements and codes that, for all intents and purposes, made the property very difficult to develop in the near future. McCleery Company worked through the process with the City over a period of time—building relationships, completing the tasks, and following through with the difficult process. McCleery Company was instrumental in obtaining master plan change, zoning, and preliminary subdivision approval, and they were also able to obtain concessions from the City Council to eliminate requirements that were in the code, but not reasonable for this development. I would recommend using McCleery Company for the development of property, including partnership, entitlements, and development. In recent years, the entitlement process has become very difficult and lengthy. It takes someone who has the ability to stay on task, push the process, and see it to the finish line.
